This is a cross between the RIR (Rhode Island Red) and Dokki4 (Dokki4 is a cross between Fayoumi and Barred Plymouth Rock) and has been developed at Montazah Poultry Research Station of April, Ministry of Agriculture.(Taha, H and Mohmoud et al., 1974)
