Kyrgyz yaks

Yaks meat is considered as a ecologically clean product, and according to the quantity of dry substance and crude protein it surpasses meat of other cattle.They are highly adaptable to high altitudes, low atmospheric pressure and low oxygen content of air. They can also graze on short grass areas grazed by sheep.

In Altai territory and in high altitude regions of the Tyan Shan
